Interview
Initial communication by phone. IQ and English test, then HR interview and another one with a professor.
Second day required is a 15 minute presentation on a general topic they decide.
First English interview to prove your fluency but i refused as its was full time job and i want a part time
2nd presentation video to prove your presentation skills
3rd screening interview asking questions about your major
The process was well handled by e-mail and phone follow up. the place was nice and neat, the gps system was accurate and got their on time for the interview process
