I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MSI Inventory Service (Baton Rouge, LA) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview was not a real interview. It was a few of us in a room with a manager, she asked us about our experience. She talked about her experience, the normal daily routes, the hope for more clients. Also, stated that it was early morning and normally off by 1pm. (this was rare)
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MSI Inventory Service (Norcross, GA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I filled out an online application. Then they sent me an email to confirm an interview. It was a group interview. Well it wasn't a real interview because everyone who showed up was hired on the spot. They just told us about the job, we watched a 5 minute video and gave us the time to show up for training. So the interview process was very simply because it seems like you're guaranteed a job.

Question 1
None. I was really expecting a one on one but when I showed up for the interview it was a line of like 20 ppl. We had to take a math test on paper then we were given a machine & a scanner and practiced typing. Then we were asked to come back the next morning @ 5:30. Out of 20 ppl only 3 ppl showed the next morning. The three of us were offered the job.
