The interview process is long-elusive. The first round was with the founder CEO. We went through some internship experiences and there were some behavior questions. At the end of that, the CEO told me that I was impressive but they were looking for someone with strong bio-experiences. Then i knew that i couldn't make it into the next round. However!!! About 1-2 months later, I suddenly received an email from HR saying that I made it to the next round. The 2nd round was with a principal. He was interested in my other internship experiences in a consulting company and asked about SO MANY details related to that internship - he did not only ask about what i have done, but also asked about how we did it and why we did it, as well as the company's specific approach to deal that business issue. after that, i no longer heard from them. I think the second round was arranged purposefully because they want to know the methods that my former interned company used to solve the problem that they also have. So basically they don't want me as a candidate any more but want the information from my former interned company. I feel so offended and humuliated.
