2. Level 1 Tech interview

4. Hr Interview
If selected, will be given an internship and to become an FT employee, one has to pass the final tech evaluation interview.
The position was related to Business Analysts. And I dont have much knowledge on BA side. First round went great and it was about technical and last round was about behavioral.
The interview process consisted of four rounds:
Online Assessment – An initial screening test.
Phone Call with HR – Discussed salary, position details, and the next steps.
Technical Round – A smooth experience with a friendly interviewer.
Behavioral Round – Unfortunately, this round was disappointing as the interviewer seemed disengaged, frequently looking around instead of maintaining focus.
Overall, HR was very responsive, but the lack of engagement in the behavioral round was frustrating
