Relaxed environment. Interviewer was friendly. I found that I over-dressed! I was interviewed and offered the position the next day. We discussed the company's history, what I knew about manufacturing Accounting and how my work history would support my ability to perform required duties. This position was a temp position with no chance of a permanent placement. After 3 months, I was offered a permanent position due to my performance.
