I had a telephone interview with the HR manager followed by an interview with 2 members of the team and a 10 mins excel/word based test in a seperate room. There was a list of tasks such as fitler this data, make this data bold, create a formula etc

Applied for the role online and received a telephone call to say I'd been shortlisted for the position. Arranged an interview date and time and then had a confirmation email which included a link to a personality test that had to be completed before interview. Attended interview and awkwardly met one of the other candidates who was mid way through their process. Completed simple Excel, Word and in tray exercises and was given the results of the personality test I'd taken. I then had a formal interview with the manager for the position and a HR person that took notes.
