Interview
They just asked about yourself mainly, no technical questions. It was mostly chit chat so that they could understand who you are. The interview is nothing to stress over., they are trying to gauge what kind of character you have.
I submitted my application and they emailed for an on-site interview. It was a one round interview that lasted 30 minutes. It was conducted by the owners of the company. The questions that they asked were mostly for fit and behavioral.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MacMunnis (Evanston, IL)

Found out about it through a friend working there and sent in my resume. The interview was definitely relaxed. They asked about my experience (looking at my resume) and who I was as a person. They asked about hobbies and how many siblings I have. It took about 3 weeks in total to schedule, interview and to hear back for an offer.
