Asked to send a CV and bring a hard copy, then on arrival asked to complete an application form that's asks you to fill out all the information that can be found on your CV, education, qualifications and work experience. Complete waste of time.
Told there were 2 interview times available I selected one and it was quite obvious multiple people had been told to arrive at the same time to give the illusion of the job being hugely sought after. Sat in a waiting room with people who looked like they were on parole, one with a tattoo on his neck and a pair of Primark plimsolls with suit trousers.
Interview was conducted in a sparsely furnished "office" by a manager who after conversation it was obvious I had more work experience and qualifications than. At no point was it mentioned that the salary was 100% commission or that it was door to door sales.
It was my own fault for not researching the company more thoroughly before I wasted my own time.
Overall it was a very depressing experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at MacaMedia (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Sep 2017
Interview
Informal chat and they allege they have big name clientele on their books whom they represent when the reality is that this is a self employed door to door role which is commission only based and is a subsidiary of cobra/apco group

Interview
First interview was more of a meet and greet, office looks awesome, tennis table, PlayStation room, music; everyone was super nice and excited, second stage was a day spent in business it was super helpful to see if that's something I'd like to do and if I feel I can fit in well with team.
