Had two phone interviews and one skype interview, with employees of different levels. Skype interview was with the CEO. All interviews contained a mix of technical and behavioral questions. There was no online coding. Got rejected after the skype interview.

Applied through my university job board. Got a call with HR, then went through 3 more stages of interviews, each interviewer progressing in job title. Each interview lasted around 30-45 minutes. A lot of basic OOP/Data Structure/Behavioral questions and no leetcode-like questions.
An HR video interview first. Asking basic questions like why do you want to work at macedon, why cs, favorite programming language, etc. The overall experience is positive so no complaint.

Interview
Started with an initial call and then 3 further steps. Did not make it to the last step. Consists of some basic technical, behavioral, and logic puzzle questions with each step's interviewer escalating in company position. They are generally friendly and nice to talk to but based on my experience and other reviews you should not assume you are likely to get an offer just because you get deep into the interview process, even if you answer most or all of the questions adequately.
