I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Macedon Technologies in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process went pretty much exactly how it was described by the other people here. I had a phone screen with a recruiter about a week after applying and was asked basic questions about my background and work style. A few days later, I had a technical interview with an engineer. Interestingly, this is the only job I've ever applied to where I was explicitly advised to come here and study interview questions before the technical interview. I was grateful that I did so during the interview, as I was asked no questions that have not already been mentioned here, except for a quick follow-up to the normalization question. Despite getting every single question correct, even the darn egg question, I still got rejected a few days later. If they didn't care about my performance on the technical interview, why did they even bother wasting my time with it?
It was pretty generic, the interviewer asked questions like Tell me about yourself, What got you interested in Macedon, etc. There were scenerio based questions as well. Since it's a swe consultant role, they're looking for someone with experience in their tech stack along with great communication skills.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Macedon Technologies in Mar 2026
Interview
There was a recruiter screen, followed by three rounds. The first round is with a project manager who asks technical questions, so more of a technical behavioral. The second round is with someone of a higher level who asks more behavioral followed by technical. The third is supposed to be like a COO or someone similar, but did not make it to this round. Each round seems to have a riddle question involved.

Interview
The process had 4 stages that went fairly quickly over the process of 3 weeks. Stage 1 was with HR to make sure you are a good fit and Stages 2-4 are with varying levels of technical professional asking different questions. For my process each interviewer asked about my background and technical experience, then asked a methodical question which was the same as other have posted in their experience.
