Machinio interview questions

At Machinio, we take these allegations of gender bias very seriously. We believe that anyone of any gender can be successful in any role at our company and we recruit and hire without any discrimination on gender, race, sexual orientation, personal background, etc. We have a very important and valued group of women working across every department at Machinio, and the diversity they bring along with the diversity across our entire team is the main reason Machinio has been successful, and the reason why it is a place that close to 100 teammates can be proud of each day when they come to work. This review is so far outside of our team culture or the feedback that we regularly receive, that we wonder if it was written by somebody seeking to retaliate against us for some reason. Regardless of the source of this review, we appreciate the feedback and we will take every opportunity we can to re-evaluate our interview process and work with the whole team to make sure we are inclusive to all applicants, knowing this is such an important part of our business, our success, and our belief for what a great workplace should be about.
