A pretty intense writing test followed by a one hour interview on work experience and knowledge of the field. Said they would get back to me within a week however and never did so extremely disappointed. So rude not to bother sending a email to rejected candidates that have managed to get an interview. Shame on Macmillian.

Interview
After about a month or so, I was contacted by HR at the beginning of April 2018 that an editor in an imprint wanted to speak with me. I set up the interview time with the HR representative. I was called by the editor and we had a great 45 minute chat about our favorite books and what I hoped to gain out of the internship--pretty standard stuff!
