Interview
There was an initial phone interview. If they like you, you get called in for an in person interview. You'll meet senior partners and different directors of the company, depending on who has time. I also got to meet a project coordinator and got to know a little bit more about the role.
The process included a phone screening and two rounds of in-person interviews. The interviewers represented a variety of employees. There was also an in-person skills assessment. The interviews were straight forward. The skills assessment was easy if you have intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft office suite and can demonstrate clear business writing.

I applied through LinkedIn and heard back from someone within a week or so. The overall recruitment process from start to finish took about a month. There was an initial phone interview, a skills assessment and 2 in-person interviews. The initial phone screen is with an HR representative and the following interviews are for you to meet with various team members.
