I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MadeBrave in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process was really laid back! It was a seamless experience and made me feel really at ease. Everyone was super friendly and made the interviews more of an open conversation.

What is one thing you would do to enhance the brand?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MadeBrave (Glasgow, Scotland)
Interview
I met with several people, including the Founder/CEO. The interviews themselves were pleasant and positive on both sides.
Then, abruptly, the candidate process stopped without any correspondence from the MadeBrave team. I'd add that I sent thank you letters after every interview and was assured of future additional steps.
After a period of radio silence, I sent email follow-ups to check-in. Not one person responded. That felt disrespectful of my time and effort, from a labour/culture standpoint.
