First you meet with Rahim in human resource, then you meet with the service manager. The usual stuff in the interview but they are more professional than other places I have applied for before. There were two other guys applying at the same time as me.

Interview
Fairly straight forward interview, however I interviewed when they were doing an open house and there were 3 people before me so I was there for a couple of hours if I remember right. The usual interview questions you get. The owner who does most of the interviews personally is pretty organized.

They will ask you if you can work some weekends. You don't have to work on call at night which is a trade off for rotating weekends because they are open 7 days a week,
