We were recruited form the campus. They had made a shortlist which was probably on the basis of acads. More than 80% in 10th, 12th, Graduation and PG should get you through the shortlist. After that there was one round of interview that had basic questions

Difference between VC and PE. What is the job of an Investment Bank? What is it that Magistral does? Why you want to join us? Difference between P&L and balance sheet? What is a cash flow statement? How many red lights are there in Delhi? How many temples are there in Delhi? (Guesstimates)
