Interview

The interview process was personal and relaxed. Magnetic was more involved on a personal and practical level than a stuffy corporate level. They were very personal and excited to know about my interests outside of work and how I fit into the company culture. I met various times with all team members and exercised on some projects with them before coming on full time.
