Over Microsoft teams. Super simple and the people I spoke to were great. Asked questions regarding understanding basics of GIS, gas systems, and working with a team. The people who interviewed me were very personable and thorough about the job description and what you will be doing there.

Very easy and quick interview process. The interviewer was respectful and the whole process was very easy. The whole interview lasted maybe about 30 minutes and I was notified probably a week later about the offer.
