Interview with HR coordination then CEO. Need to complete 4 assessments before appointment. Most are personality test to see how well you will do with company’s culture. If you pass you will go onto the next round.

Interview
Interview process was lengthy.
First an initial interview, then you have to take an online assessment that feels like the IBCLC exam. You will also take an emotional assessment. You have to do a recorded mock consultation that is graded by staff. Lastly a group interview with a few other consultants. Teaching an asymmetrical latch is prohibited under Mahmee. The offer was barely negotiable.
