Above all, the interview process was very inclusive and was mostly mostly based on past experienced and a tangible project one had done earlier. The interview was not really technical as they believed in candidate's passion and quest for knowledge, hence, once you are fluent in communication and can demonstrate a teachable character, then you are a good fit at MLH.
