Above all, the interview process was very inclusive and was mostly mostly based on past experienced and a tangible project one had done earlier.
The interview was not really technical as they believed in candidate's passion and quest for knowledge, hence, once you are fluent in communication and can demonstrate a teachable character, then you are a good fit at MLH.

For the Prep Internship, three interviews total. First interview they ask why you are interested in becoming a fellow. 2nd Interview you talk about your experience. 3rd interview you walk them through your code, they may ask a few questions but each interview last about 15 minutes and everyone is extremely nice.
