      Energy Efficiency Interview

      Oct 19, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      San Diego, CA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Makello (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2016

      Interview

I went to the Job fair at my university looking for renewable energy companies. I thought it was amazing that the CEO himself was at this job booth. I realized later that if the CEO is at a job fair, that's not a good sign for the company.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

This was supposed to be for a positions that involved solar design, coding, and program writing for software. The "CEO", since he was a one-man-show, just wanted to make sure I could climb up on a roof to take measurements.
