many many many many rounds...standard is 3 total rounds plus 1-3 interviews per round. a very tedious process only to be told no in the end due to something they should have reviewed before the first phone screen with HR. everything was going smoothly until the end. i enjoyed everyone i spoke with but am truly disappointed in the outcome and reasoning behind it. what a waste of my time (and theirs).

Most extensive interview process I've encountered and I've done a lot of interviews for consulting firms. 4 rounds: 1. HR phone screening, 2. Behavioral + Case questions, 3. Take home Case study (you need to make a deck based off the assignment they give you, it take 8-10 hours), 4. Superday (Behavioral, Consulting Case Study, Assignment Overview)
Made it to Superday however it felt like during the interview process, they let most people pass stages 1-3. Then on superday is when they actually start getting selective. Overall it was way too extensive for a position that only requires 1-2 years of experience and pays only 80k. However the interviewers were all really kind.

I had two interviews, a case project, and a superday consisting of three interviews. I've found that the case project was very relevant to what I'm now doing in the job.
