Mamamia interview questions

Incredibly lengthy interview process for a low level job. Had a phone screen, psychometric testing, 2 interviews and a task and then didn’t get the job. Incredibly time consuming and disheartening and didn’t receive any feedback at the end.

The interview process began with a short screening call, followed by an online interview focused on soft skills. I then completed a task, discussed it in my final interview, and answered hard skills questions.
