The interview process seemed at the time, to be very in dept, however this was due to the fact that I was coming from a totally different industry. Many of the questions were no brainers for me, as being a good employee should be generic to any industry. My interview consisted of meeting with 3 individual managers, who had their own set of queries, and each manager made me feel at ease.
