Tres etapas, primer con recursos humanos, segunda con manager y ultima con socio. Todas fueron mas enfocadas en mi experiencia y motivaciones para el trabajo. La entrevista con recursos humanos fue muy detallada.

Interview
They contacted me for an interview then when the time can the recruiter didn't join the call. He apologised profusely then requested to reschedule. I told him my availability but he never rescheduled. 2 weeks later I got a rejection email without being given an interview. No words, this must be a VERY bad firm.
