1. Got a phone call to schedule an on-site interview
2. Had a meeting someone from HR and then a another one from the technical staff - asked to explain my past experiences in the role I applied for, with some level of details and what I would be asking for my monthly wage/salary
3. Got the deal I asked for and hired

Nothing much, really. Just the basics: how usually I dealt, in the past experiences, with poorly-managed projects, customers that didn't know what they wanted, projects suddenly repriorized/messed-up, etc
