I completed two rounds of interviews, both with the General Manager and Marketing Director. While both conversations were engaging, there was no clear communication around the hiring timeline. Unfortunately, I did not receive any follow-up or closure after the second round, despite sending polite follow-up emails. I would recommend the company improve transparency around hiring timelines and provide timely updates to candidates, even if they are not selected. It leaves a much stronger impression of the brand and leadership.
