I had an online meeting with two employees from Manifesto. One from the business and the other one from the technical team. They asked things about my life, career, work experience, etc. It was a non-technical interview. After that, they sent me a technical test with some Drupal questions.
The test questions are very subjective and based on your answers to the 5 questions, they will decide on your salary. That is definitely a negative point, despite my salary be on their salary range for the role, they decided I answered wrong two of the question and that I should earn less because of that.
I would suggest to the company to have a share screen code review test to discuss if my work is fine instead of an abstract and subjective questionnaire.
