Interview
The interview process was long, but thorough. It was more focused on explaining your skills as an engineer and your educational/internship experience (for an entry-level position). This interview was much less focused on strange HR questions like, “How many jelly beans can fit in a suitcase?” Instead, it was focused on defending your skills and understanding your personality as it relates to the workplace.
