I saw their ad on the newspaper and send my resume via mail. I got a call for an interview a month after. The interview was pretty easy, the interviewer asked some basic "about me" questions, then about my experience in my line of work. The interviewer then explained to me what type of patients they have and what I can expect working for them. I also had to answer a written personality test. After less than a week, I got a call that they are hiring me.
