First is the paper mechanical and electrical exams that are extremely long and extensive then an HR interview after that a technical committee that would review your answers to the first exam and ask some more then interview with head of engineering

It was good but its a long process but overall you can pass it easily if you know how to draw missing parts and some mechanical and electrical aspects and you must have all your drawing tools
