Weird and combative behaviour that didn't make sense and didn't make it inviting or appropriate. It was completely unprofessional and the worst experience I've had in an interview. One partner was fine but the other was not.

Lengthy discussion with two partners first. They mainly expalained the role and business to me. Second round interview was just to meet the managing partners to rubber stamp the job.
