I had only one interview with the company owner. I got the job instantly. He was describing the technologies used in the company, I was describing my past experiences. At that time it was a small and promising company with only 15 employees, one of the few in Slovenia. I was asked about my future plans, to which I answered that my current goal is to become a skilled programmer.
