      Account Manager Interview

      Jul 5, 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Lake Forest, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at MarginPoint (Lake Forest, CA) in Jan 2013

      Interview

The hiring process was extensive. I was the first one hired, and I know that of 100 applicants only 2 or 3 made it to the final interview. The process started with multiple phone interviews with the HR Director and Director of Sales and Marketing, Then after the first two rounds we did in person interviews at the office with both HR and Sales again. After those 4 interviews, I made it through to the the final, and sat down with the CEO for about 45 minutes. The first 4 interviews were not difficult, and the final one was mostly the CEO casting a vision, more so than him interviewing. If you make it that far it would be hard to mess it up.
