I have not received an interview, but I wanted to let people know about how long this hiring process can be. The job posting I applied for was posted 11 months ago. Just yesterday, I got an email saying my application is being forwarded to a hiring manager. This is specific to the Camp Pendleton branch. I have worked with other MCCS branches and their hiring process is much more efficient.

Panel interview, received sheet of questions 20mins before interview and was able to make notes on my responses and bring that into the interview. The atmosphere of the interview was great. I was given the chance to ask my own questions. Great interview experience and great job/career I am now in!
