It was common run of the mill interview. Standard questions of sales experience and different positions held in the past. The hiring manager was very polite and thorough with his questioning. Felt that he was very knowledgeable of the position he was interviewing me for.

Panel interview with four people, asked lots of situational questions, no air conditioning in the building, old building with poor insulation and poor cell reception, tour of military base, tour of hr building, long process, not worth it
- What would you do if…. Situation questions

The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Marine Corps Community Services
I have not received an interview, but I wanted to let people know about how long this hiring process can be. The job posting I applied for was posted 11 months ago. Just yesterday, I got an email saying my application is being forwarded to a hiring manager. This is specific to the Camp Pendleton branch. I have worked with other MCCS branches and their hiring process is much more efficient.
- No interview yet, just months and months of waiting for my application to be seen.

Panel interview, received sheet of questions 20mins before interview and was able to make notes on my responses and bring that into the interview. The atmosphere of the interview was great. I was given the chance to ask my own questions. Great interview experience and great job/career I am now in!
- Quantitive and Qualitative thinking and reasoning skills examples. How you would attack an assignment with little/broad information. Some common behavioral questions too
