Thorough review, met with President, Chief People Officer, VP People Operations, Plant General Manager and Engineering Director through various steps in the process. Gave me the opportunity to learn the culture and what would be needed from the role.

Was a quick process. The interviewer yawned non-stop. The interview was scheduled for noon, I could tell he was rushed because I could hear his stomach growling. He seemed uninterested in asking relevant questions.

Emailed a few days after I applied. Then was given a phone screen with basic resume questions. Sent an email for a virtual interview. The virtual interview was very basic with just a history of the company. The job description in detail hours etc. I was asked one question during this interview. I received a offer letter the next day by email. The hiring process is pretty quick.

After 2 virtual interviews, I was invited to come to the site and interview. A couple interviews, tour of the plant, and they took me out to dinner afterwards. First interview was with HR Second interview was with the PM and SC managers. Only criticism was that I thought I was doing well the entire time, when they took me out to dinner, they could have told me face to face their feedback. The feedback they gave my recruiter was basic and frankly disrespectful for the amount of time I gave in interviewing and traveling to the location for the job interview. (I did not live in the area)
