Markent Personnel interview questions

There was an initial phone interview where they gauged interest, but did not ask further questions, which was then followed by a in-person interview. They brought me in to the facility, described what the position entails, and then asked several questions. There was then a pair of parent company phone interviews. None of the interviews were technical in nature.
