Applied online (resume + references), was called into the office a week later to meet with 3 different groups of 2 people each, pretty straightforward questions with some tough ones mixed in, but a laid back conversational tone overall. Was asked back for a second interview a few days later with some more staff members. Then offered a position a few days after that.
