Relatively ok experience. A few too many stages for a relatively small company imho. First there was call with HR. Then a home assignment with a 'real world' problem to solve, a definite plus in my book. Then a short semi technical conversation with the TL. Then there was a more design focused interview with the TL where we sort of 'deep dived' into something I was working on. There were supposed to be 2 more rounds after that, one more timed technical exam and an interview with the CEO but I did not wait for the results of the third interview because I already had offers from other places and imho they were moving a bit too slow with their answers.
