Outrageous. I had a video submission, 2 phone interviews, followed by a zoom call with 3 directors. Then a typing test. Then 6 different online personality/cognitive tests. Then an interview with the CCO. It was clear the CCO never looked at my resume before, and also asked me about being a parent (which is illegal, by the way). Then asked me what I liked doing in my free time. Showed up late and then had a hard stop.
I spent hours of my time on phone calls, meetings, and taking “tests” for this position. Everything went great and I was complimented many times about the strength of my resume and experience. I was not offered a position and was given zero feedback into why they chose to proceed with other candidates.
