Applied online, including a number of open-ended questions required in their application. Around a month later got an email asking me to complete an online video interview before a specific date (1 week from date email received). Completed online video interview. Around a month later after not hearing anything, and noticing the job posting had been marked as "on hold" I reached out to the person who originally emailed me and politely asked what the status was, expressing my interest, etc. He said they were going to be reviewing the interviews soon but didn't have an ETA. Two months (?) pass by and the job is still listed as "on hold" and then eventually taken down. Fast forward anther month or 2 and now the job has been reposted. I once again emailed the original person who emailed me and received no response. Never received any feedback on the video interview responses.
