Marketing Doctor interview questions

The interview process started by first having a quick 15 minute screening. I was given 1 minute to ask my own questions to them before abruptly being cut off. I moved on to the next round where it was 30 minutes and had the same experience where I was given about 3 minutes to ask my questions before the interview ended. Then I was asked to come in person for 3.5 hours (!!) not compensated for what they call a “shadow day”. At the end of the 3.5 hours, I was informed the position I had actually applied for had been filled, and there was another role they wanted me to consider that was 30k less than what I had applied for and I could view the job description on their website when I got home to see if I’d be interested. The whole experience left me feeling like this was not the right place for me, and ultimately after all that time I was not offered a position or given any feedback as to why.

The interview process was smooth and team orientated with their staff, not a one on one interview. 1st was a standard screening of the job. 2nd was more in-depth on past experiences and "what would you do when..." situations. After completing the 2nd interview and following up several times, I heard nothing back for weeks when they said they'd get back to me within 5 business days.
