Extremely poor communication throughout the interview process. I completed an online assessment and then heard back four months later. After this four-month wait, they asked for interview times. I gave a time, but they never confirmed it on their end and never gave any details on the format of the interview (phone/video call/in-person). I was then rejected for not showing up for an in-person interview at a time that was never confirmed and in a format I was not told about, four months after taking the time to complete an assessment.
