      Sales Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Marley Spoon in Sep 2017

      Interview

Very negative experience! After a first reaction, suggested interest in me as a applicant and a supposedly transparent process, it became really disappointing. When you aren't receiving answers via email after the hiring manager asked you for a answer, after the hiring manager doesn't follow the suggested appointments (suggested by the hiring manager herself) and even after the hiring manager was telling you that she will invite you to a second interview but wasn't sending you an invitation afterwards, I have to say that this dosn't seem to be a compoany I would like to work for. I think a company should always be fair and transparent within his hiring process. It's alright when a applicant and the needs of the company aren't fitting, the sympathy or anything else is not working BUT to tell your applicant what you will do and don't realize your plans, is not professional. This overall impression changed my positive opinion about Marley Spoon and should be optimized in the future.
