      Business Analyst Interview

      Dec 31, 2023
      Anonymous employee
      Chicago, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marmon Holdings, Inc. (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2022

      Interview

Good communication throughout the process. The HR rep was very thorough and let me know where I stood through each step of the process and what to expect next. Lot of focus on using real examples from my past experience in terms of how that could apply to a company currently undergoing a substantial technical transformation.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How do you lead a group of non-technical business partners through the process of building new tools that their business will rely on?
