Mars Hill University interview questions

I had a zoom interview with the hiring committee and then an in-person interview with multiple campus stake holders. During the in-person interview I was able to ask questions and tour the campus.

I was asked to prepare a sample lecture which took me a lot of time and effort to complete. I then had about 3 different online interviews that lasted the majority of the day. I was given a date for a potential second interview and was told I would be contacted to iron out the details. Ultimately, I was ghosted, never hearing back from anyone. That felt pretty disrespectful and unprofessional, especially in light of the time I spent preparing and engaging in the interview process.
