First step: phone interview with the HR person
Second step: in person (panel) interview with three of the Directors and the Admin Lead.
30 minutes with each of the interviewers.

First, I had a phone Interview and then an on-site interview with two teams which consisted of two members in the team. The atmosphere was pretty friendly and relaxing. The team members were really nice.

Typical basic, interview questions. Nothing that would elicit more thoughtfulness.
I got a call from HR, did a preliminary interview, then they arranged for me to meet my direct manager, then an interview with the VP. Was offered the job after that. They do a criminal background, ask for you references and check with your university that you actually graduated there
