Everyone was friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease. It was a very quick process and I was contacted for a 2nd interview within days. I was called with an offer just after my 2nd interview and I accepted. Looking forward to starting with Marsh in January.

Competence based questions were asked.online interviews where conducted, 3 levels of interviews. Finance manager interviewed.was in over all good experience interactive session,they came nack after a long time od interviewing.
Only phone interview with Human Resouces personnel and immediately when started she realised that I do not have sufficient experience for that position.
However, discussion was nice and provided guidance on how to approach the recruitment process in order to be successful
