Interview
It was a 2 hour session, 1 hour dedicated for individual interview and the other is for the group task, depending on which one you will do first. There will be breaks in between session. The group part was not intimidating as I thought and the individual one is very insightful as the interviewer asks question and also give feedback right away.

Virtual first round and then progress to other rounds. First round required recorded answers with 3 minutes to think and 3 chances at recording answers. Some typed answers were required as well.

Great interview process. You just have to be yourself and understand the market they operate in - which includes an understanding of risk, insurance, broking, client servicing, consulting, advisory, claims, etc
