Interview
Applied online for Chicago location. Reached out to recruiter who I had been connected with for sometime (different location), asked if we could setup a virtual coffee day so I can introduce myself, she connected me with the Chicago recruiter. Chicago recruiter asked my availability, I replied with my availability. She never replied. The she sent me an invite to recorded online interview. I did it. I impressed myself with how well I did on the interview. I never heard back.
Tip to Mercer: If people are making an effort, reach out to them, don't ignore them.

Very straightforward. They didn't really ask technical questions; more of a preference for coverage and a lot of behavioral/ situational questions. Mainly situational and questions to get to know the personality of the individual.
